Based on the quantitative expression of the relation between the headway and the speed classes of
the advanced train speed control system, this paper proposes a theoretical optimizationmodel focused on the
application of train speed control mode used in the operation environment of complete high-speed trains on
special railways for passengertransportation, expounds the model construction, and introduces the developed
results about the calculation program of relative parameters. At last, this paper tests and verifies the above
model and relative programs with a practical example, and gives some conclusion.
