Lateral Collision Risk Model on Parallel Routes Based on Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Performances

  • 摘要: 为了解决雷达管制环境下平行航路间距的安全性问题,分析了管制员对飞机侧向偏航的干预过程,在分析研究传统碰撞风险模型的基础上,综合考虑通信导航监视(communication, navigation and surveillance, CNS)性能及管制员干预,分别建立了包含和不包含人的认知可靠性的平行航路侧向碰撞风险评估模型.通过算例分析了管制干预、通信、导航、监视性能对最小航路间距的影响.结果表明:与通信和监视性能相比,CNS性能中的导航性能对碰撞风险的影响相对较大;为缩减航路间距,建议采用RNAV 2导航规范;提高人的认知可靠性可有效减小平行航路的间距.
