Re-adhesion Optimization Control Strategy for Metro Traction

  • 摘要: 为充分利用轮轨间粘着力,保障列车牵引/制动性能的发挥,提出基于全维状态观测器的地铁牵引传动的再粘着优化控制方法,当检测到车轮发生空转/打滑时,可根据转矩、速度等信息快速搜寻到当前路况下的最大粘着峰值点,并通过对给定转矩的动态调整,实现轮轨间最优的粘着利用.为兼顾系统的稳定性和动态响应性能,提出全维渐近状态观测器的极点配置方法,并建立了MATLAB/Simulink模型进行实例仿真和现场试验验证.试验结果表明:采用本文的控制方法再粘着的整体利用率大于80%,满足地铁列车的设计要求.
