Effective Stiffness Method for Calculation of Deflection of Composite Beams

摘要: 要精确计算弹性剪切连接时组合梁的挠度较为复杂,因而很难得到任意荷载作用下的解析解,一些常 用荷载作用下的解析解冗长,计算繁琐.为此,GB500172003《钢结构规范》中提供了一种较为简便的计算方 法抗弯刚度折减法,但用该方法计算时,精度不高,适用范围有局限.为此,提出了组合梁挠度计算的一种新 方法有效刚度法.该方法计算简便、力学概念清晰,且计算精度很高,与精确解析解的误差不超过1.0%;此 外,还能给出组合系数的值,能非常直观地评价组合梁组合作用的大小;该方法对剪切连接件的刚度无任何限 制,其变化范围可以从趋近于0到无穷大.Abstract: Accurate calculation of deflection of composite beams with elastic shear connections is difficult because of difficultly getting an analytical solution under an arbitrary load, and analytical solutions in common load cases are quite complicated. For these reasons, a simplified calculation method called method of reduction of stiffness was provided in Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structures. However, the results obtained by the method are not accurate enough and its application is limited under some circumstances. In order to solve the above problem, a new method called effective stiffness method was proposed. Calculations with this method are simple and accurate, and the proposed method has a clear mechanic background and can give a composite factor showing the actual effect of shear connections. It can be used to composite beams with an arbitrary stiffness of shear connections, i.e., from near zero to infinity. The calculation results show that the relative error between its solutions and analytical solutions is less than 1.0%.
