Abstract: Based on the target of sending out vehicle on time and full-axis within the stage in section sta- tion, this paper established a 0-1 programming.And based on the theory of big system, the whole system is decomposed into four subsystems, and an optimal decomposing heuristic algorithm is proposed. An optimal decision base for automatically making the stage plan of the section station with computer is supplied.
