Abstract: This paper analyses lots of traffic phenomena in urban over our country. An analysis model for traffic system is developed by means of system analysis theory. On the basis of traditional approach, the relation matrix of traffic problem is improved. Calculating process of the model and a modeling example are detailed. The modeling approach can also be applied to other complicated system.
