Abstract: A high precision digital measuring apparatus is introduced, which uses the structure of a single pendulumwith eddy current damping and an encorder measuring swing angle. It suits tilting trains in measuring gap between ideal and factual dipping angle, and measuring uncompensated acceleration of tilting train. This paper gives the measuring principle and examination results in laboratory.
