Abstract: Error possibility, a fuzzy method evaluating man-made errors, is adopted to analyze the reliability of drivers driving instead of error rate used in the present analyses. And man-made errors are analyzed and evaluated based on fault tree. A conclusion is drawn that the error potentiality of a top event is closely related to the error possibility of continuous sub-events,i.e.drivers fail is caused by a series of their errors.
