Analysis of Organization Mechanism and System of Human Error in Enterprises

Based on investigation and analysis of the safetymanagement status quo of enterprises, the safety managementmechanism mode for enterprises is set up. The internal and external conditions of the mode operation, change and conversion are analyzed, and the main characteristics ofthe preferable mechanismare presented. Meanwhile, the safetymanagement systemmode for enterprises is built, and the centralizing and organizing of the systemmode are discussed. The mechanism and systemmodes proposed in this paper can be used to survey and analyze the situation of safety management in enterprises.
