Magnetically Integrated Structure for Transformer-Type Controllable Reactors: Magnetic Circuit and Circuit Analysis

  • 摘要: 为满足变压器式可控电抗器(controllable reactor of transformer type,CRT)高阻抗、弱耦合的设计要求,利用磁集成技术提出了一种CRT本体结构.首先,通过在工作绕组与控制绕组之间设置漏磁铁芯,使变压器与限流电抗集成在一起,构成一个具有高阻抗的基本独立单元,再将多个基本独立单元并联构成CRT本体,实现弱耦合的设计要求;其次,在构成的结构基础上建立了其等效磁路和等效电路模型,详细分析了不同工况下主磁通与漏磁通的分布情况,推导了揭示电流变化与磁通变化之间内在联系的电流计算公式;最后,在此基础上,针对一个控制绕组额定电流分别为10、15、20 A的单相3级CRT进行了仿真计算.仿真结果表明:当各控制绕组依次单独短路时,工作绕组电流分别为9.997、24.540、43.900 A,与其额定电流值基本相同;已工作的控制绕组短路电流未因后续投入工作的控制绕组而改变,说明了该结构能够满足CRT高阻抗、弱耦合的设计要求.
