Frequency-Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy Characteristics of Generator Epoxy/Mica Insulation

  • 摘要: 为了将频域介电谱法(FDS)用于发电机环氧云母绝缘老化状态的无损诊断,对发电机线棒试样进行了多因子加速老化处理,测量了不同老化周期线棒试样的频域介电谱,建立了带直流电导修正的双弛豫Cole-Cole模型,研究了绝缘的老化对复介电常数及Cole-Cole模型弛豫参数的影响.研究结果表明:随老化时间延长,试样的复介电常数实部和虚部均逐渐增大,在较低频段(0.001~1.000 Hz),增大趋势更为明显;老化改变了环氧云母绝缘体系的弛豫机制,在后3个老化周期的频谱中产生了新的弛豫过程,导致在双弛豫Cole-Cole模型中所描述的弛豫过程与前2个周期不同;采用双弛豫Cole-Cole模型可以较好地拟合测试值,随老化的进行,直流电导率和弛豫强度迅速增大,界面极化弛豫时间常数有减小趋势.
