Influences of High-Speed Railway Construction on Railway Transportation of China

摘要: 高速铁路在我国的大规模建设并投入运营,在提升铁路路网规模与质量、缓解运输能力紧张、提高铁路运输服务质量等方面均取得了显著效果.通过全面总结高速铁路建设运营对铁路网络结构与规模、运输服务能力、快速客货运网络、现代化综合客运枢纽建设等方面的提升效果,系统阐述了高速铁路建设对运输组织模式、列车运行图编制理论、夜间列车运输组织方法、动车组运用、高速铁路调度指挥体系理论与方法构建等行车组织方法创新的推动作用,以及对我国基础设施建设技术和动车组制造及控制技术等铁路建设与装备水平持续提升的促进作用,揭示了高速铁路建设对我国国民经济持续快速发展的重要支撑作用,为实施我国一带一路和高铁走出去国家战略提供了理论支撑.Abstract: Large-scale construction and operation of high-speed railway in China have achieved outstanding results in improving the network scale and quality, alleviating the shortage of transport capacity, and improving the quality of rail transport services. This paper summarizes the influences of high-speed railway systematically from the aspects of promotion of railway network conditions in structure and scale, improvement of transport service capacity, establishment of express passenger and freight network, and construction of modern integrated passenger transportation hub. The high-speed railway construction has greatly boosted theoretical and methodological innovations in railway transport organization mode, timetabling, overnight trains operation, EMU operation scheduling, and high-speed rail dispatching; and promoted the infrastructure construction technologies and EMU manufacturing and control technology. Therefore, the construction of high-speed railway plays an important role in supporting the sustained and rapid development of China's national economy. All these achievements provide a good theoretical support for implementation of China's national strategies of One Belt and One Road and Export of high-speed rail technologies.
