Long-Term Load Spectrum Test of High-Speed Train Bogie

  • 摘要: 为了建立高速列车转向架载荷谱,对武广客运专线高速列车运营全工况下的转向架载荷进行了跟踪测试,得到了动车转向架的轴箱弹簧垂向载荷和转臂横向载荷在一个镟轮周期内的变化规律,分析了高速直线和曲线工况下镟轮对轴箱弹簧垂向载荷和转臂横向载荷的影响,并基于上述载荷编制了构架浮沉、侧滚、扭转与横向载荷系谱,进行了镟轮前后各载荷谱的比较.研究结果表明,与镟轮前相比,镟轮后轴箱弹簧垂向载荷、转臂横向载荷以及构架各载荷系的幅值均减小,其中转臂横向载荷变化最明显,在高速直线和曲线工况下幅值分别减小了50%和40%,镟轮改善了构架的受力状态.
