摘要: 提出了一个简单的包含有极化反转及电饱和影响的压电材料的本构模型。在此基础上实施了非线性 有限元分析,并以局部J积分作为断裂准则,导出了作用电场与断裂载荷的关系曲线,其趋势与Park和Sun的 实验观察现象相一致。Abstract: A nonlinear constitutive model for piezoelectric ceramics is proposed, in which the polarization switching and electric saturation are taken into account. Based on the model, the nonlinear finite element analysis is implemented. Using localJ-integral as a fracture criterion, a relation curve of fracture loads against electric fields is obtained. Qualitatively, the curve is in agreement with the experimental observations reported by Park and Sun.
