重载调车机车转向架动力学分析及 改进措施的研究

摘要: 常规的干线机车转向架不适应小半径曲线上的调车作业,随着机车轴重的增加,这一问 题将更加突出。文中介绍了山区型内燃机车及重型工矿机车的转向架的技术特点及试验结果,对 重载调车机车转向架进行了动力学分析计算,并对其改进措施进行了研究。理论及试验结果均表 明:通过采用滚子式摩擦旁承等改进措施,可改善机车曲线通过性能。因此,在发展重载调车机 车时,应充分借鉴DF7D及GKD4型机车转向架的经验,通过理论分析,综合考虑机车的动力学性 能。Abstract: Normal bogies of trunk locomotives are not fitted to the switching services on the curve line with small radii. With the increasing of the axle load, this case is getting worse. The technical characteristics and the test results on the bogies of the diesel locomotives used on mountainous areas and heavy mineral fields are introduced in this paper. A dynamics analysis for a heavy switching locomotive is provided, with improving measures for the locomotive are investigated. The theoretical calculation and the field tests show that it is profitable for the curving behavior to adopt roller friction side bearers, meanwhile, some succeeded experiences of bogies should be used to develop the heavy switching locomotive.
