Thermodynamic Properties of the Bulk Metallic Glass

摘要: 通过差动热分析(DSC)试验测定了Zr-106合金的玻璃转变温度Tg和初始晶化温度Tx, 利用X射线和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对该合金在Tg-Tx温度区间经不同温度和不同时间热处理 后试样的显微结构进行了分析,并在Tg-Tx温度区间对该合金进行热锻变形。结果表明,该合金 的Tg和Tx分别为325℃和470℃,在低于晶化温度Tx以下热处理几乎不不发生晶化,其厚度方 向的变形量可达200%。由此得出Zr-106具有较大的过冷液相区、较高的热稳定性以及优良的热 塑性。Abstract: By Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), the transition temperatureTg and the primly crystallization temperatureTxof the metallic alloy Zr-106 are measured. Their values are 325℃and 470℃respectively. After the material is heated at the different temperature and different time lengths in the temperature interval ofTgand Tx, the microstructure of the as-received material is investigated by using X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy, meanwhile, a hot press test is carried out at a specific temperature of 370℃. The results show that the alloy has a large supercooled liquid region and high thermal stability against crystallization, and is excellent in heating plasticity.
