摘要: 对两接触物体的粘滑振动进行了详尽的分析,给出了粘滑振动发生的条件。分析了驱动 速度对粘滑振幅的影响,应用数值方法对三种不同摩擦模型进行了分析计算,结果表明粘滑振幅 与驱动速度近似成线性关系。最后从蠕滑力出发对轮对可能产生的扭转粘滑振动进行了分析,指 出了左右轮轨摩擦不均及曲线通过时内轨先产生粘滑振动的原因。Abstract: Analysis of stick-slip vibration of two contact bodies is executed in detail based on the dynamics of stick-slip systems and principle of non-linear friction. A stick- slip vibration equation is established for SDOF system, and conditions which stick-slip vibrations begin to occur are deduced, the effects of drive velocity exerted on the range of slip are analyzed, and the results of numerical calculation show that there exists a linear relation between them . Based on the creep force, the possible torsion stick-slip vibration of constrained wheelset is also analyzed, pointing out the reasons of producing stick-slip vibration of wheelset in the inner side when curving and uneven frictions on the contact surfaces of the rails and wheelset.
