摘要: 研究了60Si2CrVA高强度钢在低周疲劳条件下循环变形的宏观特性,结合材料在低周疲 劳过程中位错组态的电镜观察,分析了该高强度钢中的铁素体和回火马氏体内的位错组态的微观 行为,讨论了材料在低周疲劳条件下微观循环硬化、微观循环软化的机制,在一定程度上证明了微 观循环软化、微观循环硬化共同存在于材料的低周疲劳过程之中。Abstract: The macro-characteristics of cyclic deformation of the high-strength steel 60Si2CrVAunder the condition of low cycle fatigue (LCF) are studied. Based on the TEM observations on the dislocation arrangement of the experimental material during the fatigue process, the micro-behaviors of the dislocations of ferrite and tempered martensite of the high- strength steel are analyzed, and the micro-mechanisms of cyclic softening and hardening are discussed. It is proved to some extent that the cyclic softening and hardening coexist in LCF.
