Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the development of low-interest dwelling houses, various ways to collect the funds for the construction of such houses are investigated. Having analyzed the Factors influencing the composition of the raised funds, a mathematical model for optimizing the composition of the funds is built. Moreover, by employing the functional relation betweeni(interest of the raised funds) andX(amount of the raised funds), and that betweenXandr(reliability of the funds), together with measures for discretizating of the upper and lower limits of soft confinementbi, a simplified model is deduced, with the method of solving it discussed.
