Parameters of Secondary Lateral Stopping Block of Vehicle

摘要: 为深入了解机车车辆二系横向止挡结构对机车动力学性能的影响并为转向架设计提供理论指导,以机车通过曲线轨道工况为例,研究了止挡结构参数(包括止挡间隙和止挡刚度)对行车舒适性和安全性指标的影响规律.研究结果表明:止挡间隙和止挡刚度对车体的横向振动加速度影响较大,而对轮轨动态相互作用性能指标的影响甚微,适当增大止挡间隙或减小止挡刚度,可以减小车体的横向振动.Abstract: In order to further the investigate influence of a secondary lateral stopping block on the dynamic performance of a vehicle and to supply a reference and guidance for bogie design,the effects of parameters of a stopping block,including stop gap and stop stiffness,on comfort and safety indices of running were probed into by taking the curve negotiation of vehicle as an example.The research results show that the stop gap and the stop stiffness have a great effect on the lateral acceleration of car body,but they have a little effect on the dynamic interaction indices of wheel/rail.Proper increase of the stop gap or reasonable decrease of the stop stiffness can reduce the lateral vibration of the car body to improve the running comfort.
