Analysis Method of Complex Fixed Axis Gear Trains Based on Graph Theory

摘要: 以图论理论为基础,提出了复杂定轴轮系的表示和分析方法.用啮合矩阵和离合器矩阵的组合描述定轴轮系,用矩阵的秩判断轮系是否有运动干涉,用深度优先搜索法计算轮系的传动路线.给出了轮系分析程序的流程.用该方法分析了某变速箱,找到了全部可行的传动路线.Abstract: An expression and analysis method based on graph theory for complex fixed axis gear trains was proposed.In the method,a fixed axis gear train is described with a mesh matrix,a clutch matrix and a transmission matrix;movement interferences are identified by the rank of the transmission matrix;and the transmission routes are obtained with a depth-first search(DFS) strategy in the transmission matrix.The program flowchart for analysis of gear trains was presented.The proposed method was used to analyze a gearbox,and all feasible routes were found.
