Event-Driven Dynamic Ground Holding Policy for Single Runways

摘要: 为了保障飞行安全,充分利用机场容量,有效减少航班延误损失,建立了基于事件驱动的单跑道动态GHP模型.用分层次的两阶段优化算法对模型求解,结果显示,与时间驱动策略相比,事件驱动策略的总延误时间减少了19.6%;与线性规划方法相比,计算量减少了24.3%.Abstract: In order to ensure flight safety,make full use of airport capacity,and reduce flight delay cost effectively,an event-driven dynamic ground holding policy(GHP) model for single runways was established.The model was then solved by a two-stage hierarchical optimization algorithm.The results of a numeric simulation show that by the event-driven policy,the total delay cost was reduced by 19.6% compared with that by time-driven model;and that the calculation complexity was reduced by 24.3% compared with that by linear programming method.
