Structural Characteristics of New Airborne Mass Flowmeter

  • 摘要: 运用CFD(computational fluid dynamics)数值仿真软件模拟机载质量流量计的主动轮和质量感应轮内部燃油流场速度矢量,计算主动轮和质量感应轮上所产生的转动力矩和压力差,得出增大转动力矩和减小压力差的方法,在此基础上改进了机载质量流量计的主动轮结构.通过仿真计算和样机试验结果可知,与原结构相比改进后的新型机载质量流量计结构使压力差减少了16.0 kPa,满足在机载环境下的压力差、旋转力矩和灵敏度参数的要求.
