Quantum Effects in Mesoscopic RLC Circuit under Eigenstate of Ladder Operator

  • 摘要: 基于电荷的量子化,在由电荷算符定义的新Fock空间中,利用最小平移算符的性质计算介观RLC电路中电荷、电流以及能量的量子涨落,研究影响量子涨落的因素.结果表明,考虑电荷的不连续性,在阶梯算符本征态下,电流的量子涨落为零,电荷和能量的量子涨落与电荷量子、Planck常数、状态参量等因素有关,能量的量子涨落还决定于介观电路的RLC参量、电源及外磁场.
