Quantum Effects in Mesoscopic RLC Circuit under Eigenstate of Ladder Operator

摘要: 基于电荷的量子化,在由电荷算符定义的新Fock空间中,利用最小平移算符的性质计算介观RLC电路中电荷、电流以及能量的量子涨落,研究影响量子涨落的因素.结果表明,考虑电荷的不连续性,在阶梯算符本征态下,电流的量子涨落为零,电荷和能量的量子涨落与电荷量子、Planck常数、状态参量等因素有关,能量的量子涨落还决定于介观电路的RLC参量、电源及外磁场.Abstract: To investigate the factors influencing quantum fluctuations,the quantum fluctuations of charge,current and energy in a mesoscopic RLC circuit were calculated in a new Fock space defined by the charge operator using the character of the minimum shift operator based on charge quantization. The results show that,taking account of charge discreteness,the quantum fluctuation of current is zero under the eigenstate of ladder operator,and the fluctuations of charge and energy are determined by charge quantum,Planck constant and state parameters. In addition,the fluctuation of energy depends also on RLC parameters of the circuit,the power source and the external magnetic field.
