Modeling and Simulation of CONWIP Systems Based on Petri Net

  • 摘要: 基于Petri网理论,构建了CONWIP控制系统的分层模型.在此基础上,运用仿真软件Arena,对CONWIP、MRP和Kanban系统的制品数量、平均加工时间、平均作业率等指标进行了分析比较.结果表明:CONWIP系统最优,可有效控制在制品数量和有效利用机器产能.
