Multi-period Programming Approach for Optimal Design of Manufacturing/Remanufacturing Logistics Network

摘要: 建立了多周期、有能力限制、反映资金时间价值、正逆向物流集成运作的物流网络优化设计的混合整数非线性规划模型,以确定制造/再制造混合系统中不同周期的各种物流设施的运营位置、数量及其相应的物流量分配.模型的目标是使计划期内的系统总费用最小.设计了求解该模型的混合遗传算法.通过算例验证了模型及其算法的有效性.Abstract: A mixed integer non-linear programming model was proposed for optimal design of manufacturing/remanufacturing(M/R) logistics network to determine the site and number of the facilities in different periods.In the model,multiple periods,capacities of facilities and time value of capital are taken into account,and forward/reverse logistics is integrated.The objective of the model is to minimize the total cost of the M/R logistics network in all the periods.A hybrid genetic algorithm for solution of the proposed model was presented.A numerical example verifies the validity of the model and the algorithm.
