State of Arts of Research on Railway Wheel Profile Optimization

  • 摘要: 论述了轮轨型面匹配对车辆/轨道动态行为和轮轨系统磨损接触疲劳的影响.介绍了铁路车轮型面优化设计的有关理论、技术和结果,分析、比较了各种方法在车轮型面优化中的应用及其存在的问题,并给出了相应的改进措施.结合车轮踏面的现有优化设计方法,提出了一种可以综合考虑接触应力、磨耗指数和临界速度等多个性能指标的车轮踏面优化方法,指出了优化过程中数学模型建立困难和求解速度慢等问题,并提出了相应的改进措施.
