企业高层管理者胜任特征的物元分析

摘要: 采用物元分析方法,建立了基于管理技能、个人特质和人际关系3个维度的企业高层管理者胜任特征物 元模型.提出了以关联度为衡量依据的评价方法,并列举一个案例来阐述其应用.此模型将定量分析与定性分析 相结合,初步形成了研究胜任特征的数学模型和评价方法.Abstract: The method of matter element analysis was used to build a model for evaluate competence of top-management in enterprises. It consists of three dimensions: managerial skills, personal traits and interpersonal relationship. A correlation degree was taken as the evaluating index, and a case was presented to show the application of the proposed method. The model is a combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses, primarily forming a mathematical model and an evaluating method for researches on competence of top-management.
