摘要: 分析了矢量控制下永磁同步电机启动过程各阶段电流、电压、速度的变化规律和影响因素.线性加速阶 段决定启动速度,可通过设置电机能够承受的最大启动力矩以加快启动过程.电流建立阶段的电流响应主要取 决于直流母线电压.速度调整阶段电机进入稳定运行的时间取决于调节器的参数.加大为电机供电的整流器滤 波电容并采用三相供电,可减小直流电压的动态下降.仿真和实验证实了以上分析结果.Abstract: Based on the vector control principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the current, voltage and rotating speed and their influencing factors of the motor in the starting process was analyzed. The linear speed-up phase in the starting process basically determines the starting time, and it can be accelerated by increase its starting torque to the maximum value. In the current set-up phase, the current response mainly depends on the DC voltage. A large filtering capacitor and three-phase supply is helpful to maintain the DC voltage. Both numerical simulation and experiment verified the analyzed results.
