Numerical Simulation of Dynamical Responses of Assembled Vessel to Explosion Impact Load

摘要: 采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,通过容器壳体与分布载荷(流场)耦合方法,计算了椭球封头圆柱形组合 式爆炸容器壳体在承受内部中心点爆炸的冲击载荷动力响应,并与实测结果对比.结果表明,反射超压由中环面 向极点方向顺序加载,峰值逐渐降低,作用时间逐渐加长,在圆柱壳与椭球壳的结合部达到最小,而后又逐渐增 加.壳体最大应变由近爆点向远爆点方向逐渐降低,在圆柱壳与椭球壳的结合部达到最小,而后又逐渐增加,在 曲率最大处出现最大压应力.Abstract: The dynamic responses of an explosion vessel with a cylindrical shell and ellipsoidal closures were numerically simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the results were compared with those of experiments. The study reveals that the peak pressure on the shell decreases gradually from the center of the cylindrical shell to the ellipsoidal closures with an increased acting duration. The peak attains minimum in the joints of the cylindrical shell and the ellipsoidal closures, then gradually increases again. The maximum strains of the shell decrease away from the explosion center, the minimum value appears in the joints of the cylindrical shell and the ellipsoidal closures and gradually increases, and the maximum compression stress occurs at the biggest curvature.
