利用曲轴扭振相位诊断内燃机故障缸的新方法
New Diagnosis Method of Individual Cylinder Misfires by Phase Analysis of Crankshaft Torsional Vibration

摘要: 据内燃机动力学的基本理论,提出了一种利用实测曲轴扭振信号简谐分量的相位特性诊断内燃机故 障缸的新方法.该方法不依靠先验知识,能简便而准确地判断出故障缸号.以6135ZG柴油机为对象进行了仿真 计算和实验分析.研究表明,利用0.5谐次扭振位移的相位角可以准确判断出内燃机故障缸号.Abstract: To diagnose misfires of an individual cylinder accurately and easily, a new method using phase angles of harmonic torsional vibrations of a crankshaft was developed according to the principle of internal combustion engine dynamics. The misfire cylinder can be detected with the new method without a requirement for any experience. The method was confirmed through simulation and experiments on a 6135ZG type diesel engine. The results show that the misfire cylinder can be determined by phase angle of 0.5 order torsional vibration displacement accurately
