摘要: 用整体传递矩阵法对机床主轴双转子耦合系统的动力特性进行了详细研究·计算结果表明,采用该法计算简单、精度高、易于编程.同时,利用有限元法有效地解决了主轴双转子耦合刚度的计算问题.

Abstract: The exact transfer matrix method was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed spindle system of a precision NC lathe. The method has the advantages of calculation simplicity, high accuracy and easy programming. The coupling stiffness of the double rotors was calculated effectively with FEM.
