摘要: 根据轮轨滚动接触中钢轨循环加载塑性累积和材料的Ratcheting效应,应用强化材料模型对钢轨内部 的残余应力和累积变形进行了数值分析.分析结果表明钢轨材料的Ratcheting效应和轮轨接触应力的波动是钢 轨表面剥离与压溃形短波波磨产生的重要原因.Abstract: Numerical analysis is conducted with a material-strengthening model to study the residual stresses and accumulated deformation in rails by taking the accumulation effect of plastic deformation and ratcheting effect of rail materials into consideration. The results show that the ratcheting effect of the rail material and the fluctuation of wheel/track contact forces are important factors to initiate stripping of the rail surfaces and short wave corrugation.
