A Location Model with Consideration on Inventory under Optimal Inventory Policy

Most of the currentmodel on location of logistics distribution centers had included justthe costof transportation and construction of the center. However, this paper showed that the cost of inventory should be considered since our analysis give insight into the relationship of the centers number and their inventory cost under several optimal stock policy. Furthermore a model integrating inventory impacts into optimization for locating distribution centers is put forward.
