InthisPaPer，thetrainsafetyandridingeolllfortofPassengersareanalyzed，bytaking WuhuBridgeovertheYangtZeRiverasanexampleandwindloadontrainsandthebridgeinto eonsideration.Windloading15eonsideredtobefluetuating，thespeedofwhieh15simulatedwith MonteCarlOmethodaeeordingtoSimiusPeetmm.Colnbinedwiththeaerodynamieparametersofthe bridgeandtrainsmeasuredbywindtunneltests，thenaturalwindloadaetingonthebridgeandtrains 15simulated.Dynamiee四ationsofloeomotivesandearsareestablishedaeeordingtothetheo巧of struetural街namies.VibrationequationsforthebridgearederivedusingsPatialbeamelement.Traek irregularity15simulatedwitha脚de6(thebestofthespeeifieation).Thesimulationresultsshowthat themaximumwind印eed15lessthan30而5foratraintorunsafelythroughtheWuhubridge.
