Experimental Research on Power Modes of Tilting Mechanism of Tilting Train

  • The hydraulic and electromechanical tilting power modes adopted in tilting trains at present are analyzed in this paper. Under the same requirements of car-body tilting properties, the comparison test carried out in tilting car-body emulating rig shows that the electromechanical tilting mechanism has many good properties, such as smaller volume, lighter weighty, and less maintenance. It is more fit for the requirements of car-carried equipment, and represents the way of developing tilting mechanismof the tilting train.
