Through test study on 4 steel reinforced concrete (SRC) and 1 reinforced concrete
(RC) lowshearwalls, the failure characteristics and aseismic behaviors of the lowshearwalls
are discussed. It is shown that after seismic attack, the SRC low shearwalls are repairable.
