Contradictory Relations between the Objects in Multi-Objective Optimization Problem

A universal concept of satisfactory solution is defined, based on which the contradictory relations between quality standards of solutions are analyzed, and the numerical indexes for describing the contradictory relations between solutions, contradictory extent and normalized contradictory extent, are put forward. It provides a reference basis for selecting an eclectic principle in multi-objective optimization problems.
