Robust Pole Assignment against Structure Perturbation

This paper discussed the necessary and sufficient condition for arbitrary robust pole assignments of SIMOsystems andMISOsystems under structured perturbation, and derived the orderof compensators when robust pole assignment can be realized. By introducing a cyclic matrix, the obtained results can be generalized to MIMO systems, and the condition for arbitrary pole assignments of linear multivariable systems under structured perturbation is obtained.
