Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Durability of Existing Reinforced Concrete Arch Bridges

  • To reasonably evaluate the durability of existing reinforced concrete arch bridges the fuzzy mathematics was applied due to its complicated influencing factors. With this method,a reinforced concrete arch bridge is divided into the two layer levels of members and structures,and the corresponding membership functions are established to obtain the evaluation model for the durability of existing reinforced concrete arch bridges.This model has been used to evaluate the durability of an existing reinforced concrete arch bridge,and the evaluation result demonstrates the validity of this method.
