To solve the problems in current remote fault diagnosis, COM, as core technology, was
introduced into the remote virtual fault diagnosis system of equipment. The design and implementation
approaches of thissystembased on COMwere discussed deeply so as to make it intelligent and independent.
In addition, COM, DCOM and virtual testing technologiesetc.were analyzed.
